Incident Narrative
On February 25, 2018, an employee was cooking breakfast for a client. She had walked away from the stove and when she turned she found the skillet was smoking. When she grabbed the hot pan, grease spilled onto her hand and arm, causing second and third degree burns that required hospitalization.
