Incident Narrative

An employee was on the third-story balcony of an apartment complex. He was pulling up a 25-foot section of gutter with a rope so that it could be installed. When the employee grabbed the section of gutter the end of it hit a power line. The electricity exited out of the employees left foot causing an exit-wound burn.
