Incident Narrative
An employee was walking on a walkway between buildings and brushed up against the guardrail. The railing detached and the employee fell about 22 feet to the ground. The employee also struck an air conditioner on the way down. He was hospitalized with a serious cut to the head and a broken ankle and sternum.
