Incident Narrative
An employee was driving a delivery truck and the truck got caught on cable. The employee used a ladder to try and free the cable from the truck. When the tension on the cable was released the employee lost his balance and fell to the ground landing on his heels. Both heels were fractured. One of them required surgery.
