On January 31, 2018, at 11:30 a.m., an employee was struck on the left wrist and the left side of his torso by the end of a truss that broke in half as it was suspended from a crane. He suffered a bone bruise to the left hand, torn left rotator cuff, three broken ribs, and a hematoma of the left lung, requiring hospitalization.
