Incident Narrative

An employee was on a man lift greasing a bridge crane when he hit the controls of the bridge crane. The bridge crane then pushed the man lift until it fell over. He fell approximately 20 feet to the concrete below, fracturing his left arm and left leg and requiring hospitalization. PPE was worn at the time.
