Incident Narrative
An employee changed out two full bobbins of yarn on a spooling machine, reloaded the machine with two new empty bobbins, wrapped the fiberglass yarn around the two bobbins, and pressed the start button with the left hand while the right hand was on one of the bobbins. The employee's right middle and ring fingers were then caught and pulled into the bobbin, and the yarn abraded/cut the inside of these two fingers.
