Incident Narrative

On January 21, 2018, an employee was rigging down rig stairs to be picked up by a mobile equipment telehandler. While the telehandler was scoping out to pick up the rig stairs by the handrails, the forks bounced and struck the employee on his left shoulder. He suffered pain and numbness on the right side of his body, as well as inflamed bulging discs.
