Incident Narrative

On January 18, 2018, at approximately 10:57 a.m., an employee had accessed a stationary gangway to load a railcar with gasoline. While attempting to step 3 to 4 feet over to the railcar, the employee fell 12 feet to the ground, suffering fractured ribs, fractured lower vertebrae, and a partially collapsed lung.
