The employee had been driving a fork truck to load empty cans (product). The injured employee then left the fork truck as another employee was reversing a fork truck nearby. He was in the other fork truck driver's blind spot, and the fork truck driver pinned him between the two fork trucks. He fractured his lower left and right legs, requiring hospitalization.
