Incident Narrative

Three employees were using a cleaning vehicle to clean a bay floor inside a garage. The employees felt nauseous, lightheaded and weak after running the gasoline-powered cleaning equipment for approximately two hours with the garage doors closed. Two employees were hospitalized for carbon monoxide poisoning.
