Incident Narrative
An employee was operating a knuckle boom crane attached to a pump truck. The employee was loading bagged material into the truck's hopper when the hopper door jammed. The employee climbed onto the truck to open the jammed door and then fell to the ground, suffering a musculoskeletal injury in the left knee.
