Incident Narrative
An employee was shutting down a compressor unit using the shut-down button inside an electrical panel. When he pressed the button, the door blew back from pressure and struck him, knocking him off his feet into a trash bin. He then got up to fight a small fire that had developed in the electrical panel. He suffered broken ribs as well as facial and chest contusions.
