Incident Narrative
An employee was working in the breezeway of a new construction townhome and reached over a guardrail to hand a ladder down to another employee. When he put pressure on the guardrail it gave way and he fell through the upper and mid-rail to the ground, landing on the other employee. He broke his hip and lacerated his head, requiring hospitalization.
