Incident Narrative

An employee was delivering mail at a group mailbox next to his vehicle when a package fell and he bent over to retrieve it. The vehicle then began rolling, and his head was caught between the door to the mailbox and the vehicle, resulting in a head laceration and skull fracture. He was hospitalized.
