Incident Narrative

On 12/14/2017, an employee was disassembling a bakers scaffold. As he was descending the scaffold, his right foot was caught between the step rail and siderail. He then fell no more than 3 feet to the concrete floor, fracturing his skull and requiring hospitalization.
