An employee was using a clamp truck to load rolls of paper onto railcars. He was wearing his seat belt and hard hat at the time. He was driving in the forward position when he lost control of the vehicle, which fell on its left side. He suffered a 2-inch laceration behind the left side of his ear, requiring hospitalization.
