Incident Narrative
An employee was loading roofing shingles on the roof of a new construction residential home and had installed one anchor point on the roof. He then removed the anchor point and was scooting to a new location to reinstall the anchor when he slipped off the roof and landed on the ground below. He fractured his left arm between the elbow and shoulder, requiring surgery and hospitalization.
