Incident Narrative
On November 22, 2017, at approximately 7:35 a.m., an employee was using a two-hand grinder to cut off bolts when the grinder slipped out of his hand and hit his left arm. The spinning cut-off wheel deeply cut into his left arm between the wrist and elbow, requiring hospitalization. The grinder guard was removed at the time of the incident.
