An employee was using a cherry picker to retrieve an order from pallets that were approximately 20 feet high. A swing reach forklift struck the cherry picker causing it and the employee to fall to the ground. The employee was wearing a harness at the time. The employee was hospitalized for injuries requiring surgery.
