Incident Narrative

An employee was feeding lumber into a reclaim saw when a block of wood became stuck on the table. He was attempting to remove the block of wood with his hand when the saw blade cut across the middle of his right palm, lacerating it from the thumb to the pinky. He was hospitalized and had surgery.
