Incident Narrative
On 10/16/2017, an employee was in an aerial lift cutting a tree with a chainsaw. He put the saw down on the tree and went to break off a tree limb to throw it clear of a fence. The chainsaw began to move and he went to stop it. The saw then revved up and amputated his left pinky finger to the first knuckle.
