Incident Narrative
An employee working on the loading dock was trying to get the dock plate to line up with a truck trailer. The truck driver was moving the truck while the employee remained on the dock. The trailer moved back and the employee's head was caught and injured between the trailer and the building's wall. The truck driver saw the incident and moved the truck forward. The injured employee then fell off the dock and struck the ground, suffering head and arm lacerations.
