Incident Narrative

Employees were erecting a large tent. The first column bent was put in place using a forklift. Once the column bent was released from the forklift, the column bent fell and struck the injured employee who was on all fours resulting in non-displaced fractured lower vertebrae, broken ribs and head injuries.
