Incident Narrative
An employee was backing a trailer into a building dock when the right trailer door came unlatched and hit the building. The employee pulled forward and walked to the back of the trailer to re-secure door. The door then broke from the hinges and started to fall toward the employee. As he tried to move out of the way, he tripped and fell, landing on a chock block, fracturing three to four ribs and suffering a collapsed left lung.
