Incident Narrative
An employee was using a pressure washer to wash a drilling rig when the washer hose became twisted. As the employee was untwisting it, the pressure washer ran over his boots, causing hot water to burn his foot and debris to enter his left middle toe. He required surgery to remove the debris.
