Incident Narrative

An employee was starting to unload equipment from a trailer. The employee released the bar holding the trailer ramps up when the hydraulics failed, causing the ramp to fall on the employee. The employee suffered a head laceration, three broken ribs, a collapsed lung, and a lower back injury.
