An employee was trimming a tree canopy using a polecat aerial that was parked in a median. The traffic lane underneath was not active, but at some point the polecat overturned in the roadway. The employee hit the pavement and the aerial basket, breaking his femur, dislocating his shoulder, losing two teeth, and lacerating his chin.
