Incident Narrative
An employee was on a loading dock attempting to open the back door of a tractor trailer. The tractor trailer pulled away from the loading dock and the employee fell off the loading dock. The employee sustained right leg fractures to the femur and fibula, as well as a broken tibia and clavicle.
