Incident Narrative

An employee was at the airport walking away from the baggage claim area with her luggage and computer case in front of her. The luggage fell in a hole on the concrete sidewalk causing the employee to trip and fall over the luggage. The employee was admitted to the hospital for a fracture to the right elbow.
