Incident Narrative

On July 26, 2017, an employee drove a utility vehicle up a hill to refuel a water pump. While driving the vehicle off the hill, the employee ran into mud, at which time the vehicle's back end kicked out. As he was trying to stop the vehicle, he fractured his left tibia, requiring hospitalization.
