Incident Narrative
An employee was working at a rotary table and attempted to a lift a cylinder journal that weighed 98 pounds. She immediately went to set the journal down on the nearest available surface. While she setting the journal down, her left ring finger was pinched between the journal and the table, partially amputating her fingertip.
