Incident Narrative

An employee climbed a telephone pole and was drilling into it when the employee hit the powerline and was shocked and burned. The transformer blew up and the employee flew off the pole. While the employee was in mid air, the broken powerline swung off the pole and hit the employee's belt, shocking the employee again before the employee fell to the ground.
