Incident Narrative

An employee was operating an electric pallet jack and making a left turn when he hit a modular storage rack. He raised his right leg up, but his lower left leg was trapped when the bottom standing platform ran under the bottom brace of the modular. He suffered a deep puncture and broken left tibia.
