Incident Narrative

An employee was rolling pipes by hand on top of the first layer of pipes in the pipe rack, when he lost balance and his right foot was caught between the pipes from the first layer. As he tried to stop an incoming rolling pipe with his left foot, he fell on top of the pipes and fractured his left ankle and a little bone in the leg. He was hospitalized.
