Incident Narrative
An employee was removing a skid from a trailer using an electric pallet jack. As he was coming out of the trailer, he turned the handle of the pallet jack to change direction. His right hand was then caught between the handle of the pallet jack and a steel pole, bruising it and partially amputating the middle finger.
