Incident Narrative

Two employees were in a trench attempting to cap off an underground water line. Part of the side of the trench came loose and pushed one employee against the side of the trench. The other employee was stuck in the mud up to his waist. One of the employees was hospitalized and had surgery for broken ribs and a lacerated small intestine.
