An employee was moving a scissor lift downgrade in a parking structure. He was in the lift in the fully lowered position when he struck an overhead concrete beam with his upper body. He was pinned between the beam and the guardrail of the lift, suffering a fractured jaw and left sinus as well as chest contusions.
