An employee and a coworker were attempting to loosen rusted bolts using a wrench and a sledgehammer. The employee was holding the wrench while the coworker struck the bolts with the sledgehammer. As the employee began to stand up, his coworker struck him with the sledgehammer, breaking his left middle finger.
