Incident Narrative
An employee was waiting in front of a switch gear box when the C-phase arc came out of the box toward the fuse he was holding and knocked him unconscious. He suffered an electrical entrance wound to his left index finger and electrical exit wound to the left and right big toes. He was hospitalized.
