Incident Narrative

An employee was using a lightweight miter saw to cut a 3 gauge (1/4") aluminum channel when the sawblade became stuck in the aluminum channel, causing the aluminum channel to spin in the employee's left hand, lacerating it and fracturing his left middle finger.
