Incident Narrative
An employee was exiting the cab of a bulldozer. The employee slipped on the track while stepping down. The employee's lower left leg became lodged between the track and the bulldozer's blade, fracturing the tibia, fibula, and patella. The employee was hospitalized for surgery.
