Incident Narrative

An employee was working from a pole that had just been set in wet and muddy ground. The employee was making the second power line connection when the pole began to lean. The pole slowly leaned to approximately 10 feet from the ground then fell over with the employee still attached to the pole. The employee suffered broken ribs.
