Incident Narrative
An employee was loading a pallet into a trailer from the inside of the trailer when a pallet contacted the stack and caused pallets to fall. The employee shifted to avoid a falling pallet and fell onto the floor of the trailer. The employee was hospitalized for back and hip injuries.
