Incident Narrative
An employee was cleaning a car lift using a water hose to remove oil and grease buildup. The employee was standing on the car lift which was about 12 inches off the ground. When the employee stepped down from the car lift, he slipped on the wet floor and fell suffering a head injury and broken ribs.
