Incident Narrative

An employee was unloading a pallet of sod from the back of a box truck with a bobcat. He was holding onto the back of the bobcat when it tipped forward. Then the pallet of sod fell off and the bobcat tipped back upright, causing the employee to fall backwards onto the pavement. He sustained a head injury and was hospitalized.
