An employee turned the corner walking around a cooling blanket machine in the hallway. Her foot was caught on the blanket's clear tubing and she tripped and fell, landing on her left side chest wall and left wrist. She sustained a left chest wall contusion, left wrist sprain, and collapsed left lung.
