Incident Narrative
A temporary employee was in an open area being instructed on how to operate a walkie/rider pallet jack. He was attempting to turn the equipment around and drive in a straight line down the main aisle when he ran into pallets that are kept on the endcap of each aisle. His right foot extended over the edge of the standing platform before impact and was injured in the collision, requiring surgery and hospitalization.
