On March 03, 2017, at approximately 5:10 PM, an employee was operating a truck vacuum. The employee exited the truck to see if he was positioned correctly. While at the back of the truck, the truck started to roll backwards pinning him against a pipe. The employee suffered bruising and trauma to both legs (no fractures).
