Incident Narrative
An employee was unloading at a customer location when the product became plugged with pressure still on the pneumatic trailer. The employee removed the 6" fill line cap, causing the pressure to release and the cap discharged into the employee's chest knocking him to the ground. The employee sustained fractured vertebrae, bruising to his chest, and a head contusion.
